trapped......Every human being needs sleep time approximately one-third the time of his life, or about 6-8 hours a day. Naturally and automatically when the body was tired so we will feel sleepy, forcing our bodies to rest physically and mentally. With enough sleep then we will feel refreshed when I wake up rested and ready to do various activities throughout the day from morning till night. Normally people sleep at night until morning, but few people can sleep from noon until the evening because of the demands of work or because it was used.and become bad when got problem, yes i have broken home, so that first bad insomnia in mylife...till nowin prob always come, and not yet solving from all....and my docter also said...u are got bad insomnia....... u must very survive..hahahahaha its was make me laugh..docter plese what mean is insomnia then he said"insomnia is a symptom of sleep disorders in the form of repeated difficulties to sleep or maintaining sleep, although there is a chance for it. The symptoms are usually followed by a functional disorder when he woke up. Insomnia is often caused by the presence of a disease or a result of psychological problems. In this case, medical or psychological assistance will be needed. One of the effective psychological treatment of insomnia is to handle cognitive therapy. In such therapy, a patient is taught to improve sleep habits and eliminate the assumption that counter-productive on the bed. Many people with insomnia depending on sleeping pills and other sedative substances to rest. All of sedative drugs have the potential to cause psychological dependence on a presumption that they can not sleep without the drug. hahahah..many topic about at all, but its cant yet help me for solving, i talk with my frens in facebook, they all sad for me...heheheh dont worry, they call me hey miss insomnia, what u do at night???? become dracula and search blood for dinner hahahahaha.... i can smile and laugh...the beauty smile in miss zavyr . so insomnia for me just topic...when i got world at night...when ppl sleep at night,, but i am not, just watching clock...tik tok...tik..tok why am still wake up????.Types / Kinds of Sleep Disorders / Insomnia: 1. Transient insomnia is a temporary 2. Short-term insomnia can last for several weeks 3. Chronic insomnia can be sustained for more than three weeks nowin thinkkkk i have insomnia since 14 year..wowwww am i chronic..hehehe crazy!!! For / Cause Human Disease Insomnia: 1. Living a healthy lifestyle such as not smoking, not staying, do not do drugs, not drinking alcohol, etc.. 2. Having enough sleep schedule and normal. 3. Choosing a quiet environment, healthy and comfortable for sleeping. 4. Exercise regularly and regularly. 5. Eat regular, healthy and well so long as sleep was not hungry. 6. Avoid drinking too many caffeinated beverages such as coffee, cocoa, tea, etc.........or maybe u have some idea for mend ur style life....tell me
